Paul Olschwanger (Director of Business Development)
Paul F. Olschwanger is the Director of Business Development. Mr. Olschwanger joined the firm in July 2010. He has 26 years of institutional marketing, sales and executive level recruiting experience. Prior to joining Adelante, Mr. Olschwanger was the Founder and Managing Director of Olschwanger Partners, a consulting firm specializing in recruiting and career coaching. The firm completed over 100 search assignments and coached over 50 investment professionals throughout the U.S. since 1998. Previously he held senior sales positions with a variety of money managers, including John Hancock and Fidelity.
Mr. Olschwanger is an active Board Member of the CFA Society of Dallas-Ft.Worth, member of the CFA Institute and is a Certified Birkman Consultant. He has been a frequent speaker around the country focusing on career development issues within the investment management industry and has mentored numerous investment professionals over the years. Mr. Olschwanger received his B.A. in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and participated in the first AIMSE Institute at Wharton.
